Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to the ordering of services provided by Interactive Fitness Sweden AB, marketed under the name "PUSH Pucks." By ordering a product from Interactive Fitness Sweden AB (hereinafter referred to as the Supplier) or subscribing to the Supplier's email newsletter, you (hereinafter referred to as the User) are considered to have accepted these terms and conditions outlined below (the Terms). The Supplier reserves the right to change the terms at any time without prior notice.

1. Introduction

The Supplier offers products related to sports, leisure, and similar activities. The User is responsible for any damage to the product if the User or anyone in their proximity has been negligent. The Supplier is responsible for delivering the product as per the User's order and fulfilling its part of the agreement legally, professionally, and customer-oriented. The Supplier reserves the right to use subcontractors to fulfill its promises.

2. Ordering

Unless expressly stated otherwise, an agreement is deemed to have been entered into between the User and the Supplier when the User places an order on the Supplier's website and receives an order confirmation from the Supplier at the email address provided during the order (hereinafter the Agreement). For the User to place an order, the User must accept the Terms and the Supplier's privacy policy. The User is responsible for providing correct information during the order. The Supplier may request additional information from the User before the Agreement is concluded if necessary for the Supplier to ensure the fulfillment of its rights under the Agreement. If the Supplier discovers that this information is incorrect in any way, the Supplier has the right to terminate the Agreement and withdraw the product.

3. Prices

All prices on the Supplier's website are in EURO. The price stated at the time of ordering the product is the agreed price between the Supplier and the User.

4. Payment

In case of non-payment, the Supplier has the right to receive default interest according to the interest rate regulations from the time payment should have been made until full payment is received. The Supplier also reserves the right to choose and change payment solutions in the future and, as part of this, continue to use external payment solutions.

5. Delivery and Return

After placing an order, the product is shipped by the Supplier as soon as possible. Usually, the product is delivered within 2–5 working days from the order, but due to subcontractors, the delivery time may be longer. The product is shipped traceable, and delivery costs are paid by the User unless otherwise expressly stated. The current delivery cost is specified during the order, and if the User accepts the order, the User is deemed to have accepted delivery costs and the other conditions applicable to the current delivery option. 6. Warranty

The warranty covers defects in the product that are not attributable to careless use. The warranty means that the User has the right to receive a new product if a defect occurs.

7. Usage

The User and individuals in proximity may use the product for its intended purpose, namely as a training tool. The use of the product requires that the User has read the instructions accompanying the product before use, available on the Supplier's website. The User and its users may not use the product for illegal purposes or in a way that causes harm or inconvenience to the Supplier or a third party.

8. Force Majeure

If the Supplier is prevented from fulfilling its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, such as lightning, fire, pandemic, war, and government regulations, as well as errors or delays in services or products from subcontractors due to circumstances specified here, this shall constitute grounds for exemption resulting in postponement of the performance and exemption from any penalty, damages, and other consequences. The Supplier is not responsible for delayed delivery or User's costs arising from the above-mentioned circumstances beyond the Supplier's control.

9. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Supplier disclaims all liability for direct and/or indirect damages, both property and personal injury, incurred by the User and/or a third party in connection with the use of the product. The Supplier reserves the right to make changes, such as prices, availability, and typos in written documents on the Supplier's website.

10. Cookies

The Supplier uses cookies and similar technologies on its website https://www.pushpucks.com/. During visits to https://www.pushpucks.com/, the Supplier processes information such as browser settings, platform, and user-generated data (such as visit and click history).

11. Dispute

Rights and obligations under the Agreement, the Terms, and related legal relationships are determined by Swedish law. In case of a dispute between the User and the Supplier, such dispute should, in the first instance, be resolved through direct communication between the User and the Supplier. By accepting the Terms, the User agrees not to engage in any activity or communication with a third party, public or private, that will lead to the general defamation of the Supplier. In the event a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, disputes regarding the interpretation or application of the Agreement, the Terms, and related legal relationships shall be decided by a Swedish court of general jurisdiction.

The Supplier does not guarantee any specific time availability for customer service-related matters but endeavors to respond to User inquiries promptly.
